Agreement to these terms

By using this website or requesting our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request service.

Who we are

Clear The Deck Junk Removal, LLC is an Illinois limited liability company providing junk removal and hauling services in the northern and northwestern Chicago suburbs.

Estimates are not binding quotes

Any price we share before seeing the work in person is an estimate, not a binding quote. Final pricing is determined on site, once we can assess the actual volume, items, access, and conditions involved. We will confirm the price with you before we begin the work, and you are free to decline.

Scheduling, cancellation, and access

• We schedule service by phone, text, or email. Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
• You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the items and the property on the scheduled date.
• If we cannot reach the items or the conditions differ materially from what was described, we may need to reschedule or adjust the price.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm that you own the items, or are authorized to have them removed.
• You agree not to ask us to remove hazardous materials (for example chemicals, fuels, asbestos, or medical or biohazardous waste). Tell us in advance if you are unsure, and we will let you know what we can take.
• You are responsible for removing any items you wish to keep before we begin.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed for the services provided. Online payments are handled per our Payment & Refund Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We perform our services with reasonable care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services are provided “as is,” and our total liability for any claim arising from a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these terms or your misrepresentation of the items or property.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Illinois.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
