Who we are

Clear The Deck Junk Removal, LLC(“we,” “us”) is a veteran and woman owned junk removal business based in Illinois, serving the northern and northwestern Chicago suburbs.

Information we collect

• What you send us. When you submit the estimate or contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email, optional service address, your message, and any photos you choose to attach.
• Payments. When you pay online, you may provide your name, email, and an invoice reference, which we pass to our payment processor (Stripe) to process the payment and send your receipt. Stripe collects and handles your card details. We never see or store your full card number.
• Site usage. With your consent, we use analytics (Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used (for example, which pages are visited and which buttons are tapped). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request and provide an estimate.
• To schedule and carry out the services you ask for.
• To process a payment you choose to make.
• To understand and improve how the website performs.

We never sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We use it only to help you and run our business.

Service providers we share with

We share information only with the providers that help us operate, and only as needed to do so:

• Stripe processes payments securely.
• Resend delivers the email that carries your form submission to us.
• Vercel hosts the website and provides privacy-friendly analytics.
• Google Analytics provides aggregate site analytics. It loads only after you accept, and we have disabled its advertising and ad-personalization features.

Each provider handles your information under its own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising cookies. Analytics load only after you accepton the consent banner, and may then set a first-party analytics cookie (for example Google Analytics’ cookie) to measure site usage. You can decline or change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage so we can honor it on your next visit.

How long we keep your information

We keep the information you send us only as long as we need it to respond to you, complete your service, meet our records and tax obligations, and resolve any disputes. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
